INFORMATION
In order to receive the Sharps email update, we require your email address. Sharps will
not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your email address or any personal information
to any third party without your consent.
UNSUBSCRIBING
Users may always automatically opt-out of receiving Sharps email update by using this
automatic form to unsubscribing
UNSUBSCRIBE, which is clearly linked off all newsletters. Once unsubscribed, email addresses are blacklisted
in an effort to never send unsubscribed users anything again. Users experiencing problems

FORWARDING
In the case where Sharps includes a "forward to a friend" function to forward emails to others, these recipients
will not be automatically added to any distribution list. However,
Sharps reserves the right to send them a single invitation to join the list if they do not sign
up themselves.
LOG FILES
The Company uses IP addresses and email addresses to analyze trends,
administer the site, track users' movements, and gather broad
demographic information for aggregate use.
SHARING
The Company shares aggregated demographic profiles with our partners
and sponsors. This is not linked to any personal information that can
identify any individual person.

Both the mailer and the website contain links to other sites. Please
be aware that the Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of
